11-15-18 Okinawa

Woke up and had breakfast at another cafe -- pancakes with mango and lilliqoi on top

Then headed out on the monorail to the last stop to walk to the local castle which was more of a

"palace" retreat than ones I have seen in the past.   The trick in finding it (it did involve some walking) was to follow the school kids---

Once inside the 'castle' there was something interesting!   A chance to have a nice "tea" in a

room like they used to do "back in the day"...

How could I not?

The "royal chair"... (but they didn't let me sit in it!)

But chairman "Meow" wasn't impressed

And then it was time for lunch

Which might have had some something in it -- odd things walking back to monorail and going back to hotel...

The only cure was more soft serve sweet potato ice cream

followed by a nap and then dinner

with some close ups

And some shop watching...

and more ice cream

and watching weird "scooters with people dressed up as fuzzy creatures..."  I don't know why, it was just strange.
