Breakfast was in two parts this morning. First a stroll just outside of my hotel at the old fish market neighborhood to grab a few fresh snacks. Started with some grilled king crab -- one of the three that this vendor was grilling up
Then some tamago (egg) with some sweat beans baked into it:
And then one of the grilled izayaki "squid" sticks:
Finally, courtesy of the hotel, some pancakes at a local eatery that provides breakfast as part of the room charge:
After breakfast I took a nap and some train rides over to the new fish market, but it was actually
closed today, so more train rides back to tokyo station for lunch.
I settled on a great tempura combo platter -- shrimp, white fish, eel and multiple veggies.
After that nice lunch meal -- more walking and training back towards the hotel. Before getting
there I stopped at a cafe shop for some strawberry white cake and a milk tea
